Evero Community Fund

The Evero Community Fund is part of our mission to make a responsible impact, supporting the local communities in which we operate. The fund provides grants for initiatives such as wildlife and biodiversity projects, public space refurbishments, equipment for local clubs, and community enterprise. Funding is available to community groups, charities, and not-for-profit organisations delivering projects in the areas where our power plants are located.

Currently, we are supporting projects in the following areas:

  • Gowy Rural Ward, Cheshire West and Cheshire Council
  • Helsby Ward, Cheshire West and Cheshire Council
  • Frodsham Ward, Cheshire West and Cheshire Council
  • Widnes / West Bank Wards, Halton Council, Cheshire
  • Foyle Constituency (Incl. Derry), Northern Ireland

  • How do I apply?

    Applications can be submitted by completing the form above and emailing it to [email protected].

  • Can individuals apply for funding?

    No. Funding is intended for community groups, charities, and not-for-profit organisations, rather than individuals.

  • Can I apply if I'm outside the designated area?

    No. Projects must be located within the above areas to be eligible for support. If you are not sure on the above boundaries, please get in touch before preparing an application.

  • Is match funding required?

    No. You do not need to have secured other funding to apply.

  • What types of projects can receive funding?

    The Evero Community Fund supports initiatives that benefit local communities, including wildlife and biodiversity projects, public space improvements, equipment for local clubs, and community enterprise start-ups.
